We offer you a variety of dishes prepared according to old recipes: from the Istrian prosciutto and a rich supply of homemade pasta, delicious minestrone, meat dishes such as Istrian Boškarin, a variety of dishes cooked "under the bell", homemade bread or various types of mushrooms, wild asparagus, fresh daily fish, to respected and sought truffles combined with appropriate quality wines and olive oil.
